Cancellation Policy
Please note: Arena bookings may be changed up to 1 hour in advance. We do not offer cancellation refunds - please simply reschedule your paid slot to another day and time. To reschedule your booking, click on the 'manage booking' button in your confirmation email/sms. Should you have any issues with our system or updating your booking, please reach out to Kim - kim@sdrc.co.za I acknowledge all activities will be at the sole risk, and, accordingly indemnify the Stellenbosch District Riding Club and members of the Committee, the Stellenbosch Municipality, SAEF, sponsors or any of their officials from any claim in respect of any loss, damage or accident, illness or disease which may occur on the Club’s premises from any cause whatsoever arising. I acknowledge that I shall not abuse any of the facilities offered by STELLENBOSCH DISTRICT RIDING CLUB, and should any equipment be damaged by me, I will replace/fix it to its original state. THE FOREST IS STRICTLY OUT OF BOUNDS AND NO FIRES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FOREST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I acknowledge that certain facilities as advised by the Committee from time to time are out of bounds. I acknowledge that I am aware of all the rules and regulations relating to members of the club and shall adhere to these at all times. ANY EQUIPMENT BROKEN BY YOURSELF WHILST USING WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU. ALL THE CROSS COUNTRY JUMPS ARE STRICTLY AND TOTALLY OUT OF BOUNDS. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE INDEMNITY PER RIDER (IF MORE THAN ONE HORSE PLEASE INDICATE AS WELL) SLOTS ARE ½ HOUR LONG
